The afternoon, 2 - 5 PM or so, is the time of day where we often experience a dip in our energy and seek something to perk ourselves up. We might even feel like taking a nap. What if we honored the desire to rest in the afternoon?
You will receive handouts with an afternoon asana practice (movement), a pranayama practice (breath work) and a meditation routine (starting with 60 seconds to three minutes). No Yoga experience is needed.
This is the third part in a series of workshops developed by Maryam Ovissi, based on her upcoming book. Anyone can attend these workshops. The practices shared are accessible and customizable for everyone!
