Exploring Total Health with Ayurveda, Part II
A Journey of Mind, Body and Spirit
To sign up for this you MUST have taken Ayurveda Part I Immersion.
This course builds on the Part I Immersion course, leading the student through an understanding of classical Ayurveda and its applications for the promotion of health. The course provides simple but very effective health management strategies to guide the participant toward a state of balance of mind and body. Ayurveda Foundations prepares the participants to incorporate more subtle Ayurveda concepts and practices so they can experience self-healing while acquiring effective health management strategies and are therefore better equipped to share the knowledge with their clients and students.
The courses are open to everyone, no health or yoga background is needed. This class is designed for health practitioners, acupuncturists, health coaches, nurses or anyone who can integrate this foundational knowledge into their already existing wellness practices. The courses present a unique learning opportunity to RYTs, YTTs, health coaches, or anyone considering a broader, more committed study in Ayurveda.
Ileana Gonzalez is Beloved Yoga's resident Ayurvedic practitioner. She received traditional gurukula-style training in India, including clinical studies with Dr. Vasant Lad in Pune, and Panchakarma therapeutics at Arsha Vidya Peetam Trust in Coimbatore.
