If you would like private, individualized instruction prior to attending a group class, we offer a first time special for Private Yoga Classes for New Students. Each session is an hour long and individualized to meet your goals and needs to bring health & well-being into your life. Private Yoga must be a schedule appointment with the instructor.

What should I wear to yoga?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely: gym shorts, spandex or sweat pants, and a t-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt or long sleeve T. No shoes or socks are required.
What should I bring?
All you need to bring is workout gear and an open mind. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and towels are provided by studio.
What should I expect?
You will move, breathe, sweat, and quiver. You will be challenged. You will see postures that you cannot do—though we should provide steps for you to take that put you in that posture before you even know it. Your first few yoga classes may be confusing, perhaps even overwhelming at times, and the learning curve is very steep. With every class you take, things become a bit more familiar and less thought is required. When the movements become familiar enough that we don’t have to think, we can connect every movement with a conscious breath and the moving mediation can truly begin.
What should I do?
Lay your mat at the center of the room (so you can hear the teacher, and watch others if you get a little lost). Grab two blocks, a blanket, and a strap, and be sure to mention any injury to the teacher before the class begins.
